Warranty Coverage Robo-Fit warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, limited to the replacement or repair of defective products returned within 30 days after receipt of goods, subject to the terms below. This warranty applies only to products used under normal operating conditions and does not cover: Normal wear and tear Misuse, abuse, or improper installation Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs Damage caused by external factors beyond Robo-Fit’s control Warranty Claims Process Buyer must notify Robo-Fit of any defects within 30 days after receipt of goods. Upon approval, Robo-Fit will issue an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and provide shipping instructions. Robo-Fit reserves the right to inspect the returned product before determining if it qualifies for warranty service. If the claim is approved, Robo-Fit will, at its discretion: Repair or replace the defective product. Any defective products replaced under this warranty become the property of Robo-Fit upon receipt. Limitation of Liability Robo-Fit’s liability under any warranty claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Robo-Fit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or labor costs. No allowances will be made for repairs performed by the Buyer or any third party without Robo-Fit’s prior written approval. Returns of Non-Warranty Products Catalog items may be returned within 10 business days of receipt, provided they are in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Non-catalog items may only be returned with prior written approval from Robo-Fit management. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns of conforming items. Refunds for approved returns will be issued as a customer credit. Governing Law & Venue This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ohio, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ohio. Force Majeure Robo-Fit shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, transportation disruptions, or government regulations. Special Tooling and Custom Orders Special tooling and custom products are non-returnable and remain the property of Robo-Fit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Robo-Fit reserves the right to modify or dispose of any special tooling at its discretion. By placing an order with Robo-Fit, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. ROBO-FIT, LLC PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." Robo-Fit, LLC manufactures and sells brass fittings, tubing, and related hardware products (collectively, the "Products") intended solely for use by qualified professionals with the requisite knowledge, skill, and experience to select, install, and maintain such Products in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer instructions, and all applicable laws and regulations. The Products are general-purpose components and are not designed, manufactured, tested, warranted, or certified by Robo-Fit, LLC for use in any specific application, system, or integration, including but not limited to suspension pressure monitoring systems or any third-party software such as the Mouse Scale suspension pressure kit software (available at https://www.mousescale.com/) or any similar applications (collectively, "Third-Party Software"). ROBO-FIT, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, OR ACCOUNTABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: The use, misuse, integration, or reliance on any Third-Party Software, whether or not used in conjunction with Robo-Fit Products; Any errors, inaccuracies, malfunctions, failures, or omissions in Third-Party Software, including but not limited to incorrect load weight calculations or vehicle data; Any incompatibility between the Products and Third-Party Software or other systems; Any damages, losses, injuries, claims, or causes of action (including property damage, personal injury, death, financial losses, regulatory fines, or operational disruptions) resulting from the foregoing. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBO-FIT, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBO-FIT, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ROBO-FIT, LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Purchasers and users assume full and sole responsibility for (i) determining the suitability of the Products for their intended use, (ii) proper selection, installation, and maintenance, (iii) evaluating and verifying the accuracy, safety, and reliability of any Third-Party Software, and (iv) compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This disclaimer forms an integral part of all sales and transactions with Robo-Fit, LLC. By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or using any Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer. Robo-Fit, LLC recommends that all users consult with qualified engineers, technicians, and legal/regulatory experts before implementing any system involving its Products.
